Sure, there is plenty of info for your workouts, but who knew there are supplements that can help not only your nightlife, but the daytime too? No longer does giving that big presentation have to have the sweaty palms, throat tightening anxiety feeling that makes you wish you had just stayed in bed.
I stumbled into the world of supplements from working in a supplements store, working out, and hanging out with my friends. After one particularly long and trying week, where not much went right, Friday rolled around. I was tired, stressed, and not feeling really great about things. I got a call from a friend, who wanted to go blow off some steam, and make some new friends. Knowing I would be useless without something to change my state, I grabbed a few things to help with my energy, and mood. A new world was opened to me. A world of opportunities, that I want to share with you.
I’ve found supplements often can help out quite a bit, these are no “magic pills.” They are not “snake oil” either, and have appreciable effects for the majority of people.
Nightlife Supplements will cover the major categories of supplements, with product reviews in each category. The major supplement categories being energy, mood improvement, relaxation, libido/sexual enhancers, and hangover prevention. Also, there are specific stacks of supplements that can be used together for whatever your particular needs may be. I will post up the things I’ve learned, with tips and tricks for each supplement.
