Twinlab's Energy Fuel
Energy Fuel by Twinlab offers a great energy drink alternative at a great price. Energy Fuel features no sugar, no calories, and no carbs. Energy Fuel gets it’s energy enhancing blend’s power from Vitamin C, B vitamins, Gurana Seed extract, Taurine, Ginseng, and Green Tea leaf extract. This product currently comes in capsules (hard to find), and a 8.4 fl oz can, that comes in 4 packs or singles. The can is the one we like, and will be discussing here.
Energy Fuel gives a similar effect as the very common Red Bull type drinks, but in a different way. It does have caffeine, but relies more on the B vitamins and herbs. The taste is decent, but not outstanding. The aftertaste is a bit weird, but not metallic, like some others. It doesn’t give a jittery ,“cracked out” feeling like a Redline or some others can give. So, if that’s your concern, rest assured, this is a great option for you.

We like energy fuel for it’s great value, and a focus on natural energy support, rather than 20 pounds of caffeine. It’s currently about 99 cents at local Vitamin Shoppe’s. That’s not a typo. It’s really less than a buck, which is the best value we have found in the category You can but 3 of these for the price of 1 Monster/Red Bull type drink. Similar effects for 1/2 the price. Game Over in my book.
